On Friday night we attended the rehearsal dinner for the wedding of Cousin Jess and her partner Dave. Elana had a great time meeting her extended family.
Here is a pic of her with Great Uncle Peter (proud father of the bride)
Cuddling with cousin Becca
Working the camera with Great Aunt Sally and Great Grandmom Bernice (GGMOM)
And of course, Grandpa Ken
The wedding was beautiful. Jess and Dave looked like they were having a great time!
Here are some pics minus Elana (she got to hang in the hotel room with Aunt Ellen).

Grandmom, Richard, Noah and Taryn
We had a blast. We slept in on Sunday before going to a brunch at the hotel. Here is a pic of Elana catching up with the new bride, Jessica with Noah and GrAndie
After brunch, we stopped over at Great Aunt Ellen and Great Uncle Bob's house to visit with them. Elana really enjoyed meeting their dog, Cody
We also went to a park near their house where Elana got to enjoy some swing time
We ended the night hanging with GGMom Bernice, Cousin Becca and Gr Aunt Sally. They were kind enough to bring Elana a gift, which she thoroughly enjoyed opening
Opening presents makes Elana hungry!
We left Philadelphia early on Monday to return to Seattle. As Elana was meeting everyone over the weekend, she did incredibly well. I kept expecting her to have a melt down after having very little sleep on Thursday night, as well as a very screwy napping schedule all weekend. She maintained a cheerful demeanor for most of the weekend. Of course this was NOT the case on the airplane trip back to Seattle. She was EXTREMELY cranky the entire time. I think that everything caught up with her at once, not to mention she has been experiencing a mild fever (probably due to teething). Overall, a wonderful weekend . . .
